Using Google Tools to Engage Students - Screencastify, Google Forms, Fusion Tables, and Screen Capture

Hear Mrs. Suarez tell about how her Spanish students record themselves giving directions and easily share with her. Students researched and shared data using Google forms. Mrs. Suarez use the form data and the free Fusion Tables app to create a map of locations for students. Fusion tables automatically created a map of all locations using data students entered on the table. It is easy to use.

Students used Screencastify and Explain and Send extensions to document their learning. Recording allows the teacher and the students to replay, pause and reflect on the learning. Google maps allows students to "visit" the places right from the classroom.  Questions, contact Mrs. Suarez or Mrs. McKinley.
